Christopher Dalton Integrity Analytics
Christopher Dalton

Chief Executive Officer

Chris is the founder and CEO of Integrity Analytics, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).  He has been solving hard problems for multiple agencies for nearly 30 years.  Chris has deep experience leading and conducting Cost, Economic, Business and Decision Analyses, including a 27-year Air Force career (7 years of active duty and 20 years as a reservist) where his primary focus was on system development and acquisition, while holding a variety of roles as Financial Manager, Cost Chief, Comptroller, Tech Director, and CFO.

He has proven experience leading cohesive cross-functional high-performance teams, interfacing with executives & senior decision makers, and implementing solutions to the highest profile problems. He brings faith and business together, uprooting stagnant thinking by leading transformation with both passion and purpose.  Prior to starting Integrity Analytics, Chris led Economic Business & Analyses for one of the largest FFRDC/Think-Tanks in the nation solving government problems, ranging from mid-scale data center consolidation to a massive $10B DoD IT project.

Daniel Harper Integrity Analytics
Daniel Harper

Director, Analytics & Research

Daniel brings 30 years of hands-on experience and demonstrated success in providing Project Management, Business Consulting, Acquisitions, Cost Estimating and Analysis, Data Analytics, Cloud Pricing, Knowledge Management, and other high demand consulting services for both industry and government. Daniel is an outside of the box thinker who is always looking for new and innovative ways to solve the most complex challenges to bring the best possible solutions.

Prior to joining Integrity Analytics, Daniel has held a variety of roles including Economic Business Analyst Lead at MITRE, Cost Estimator for Northrop Grumman, and Economic and Business Analyst at Booz Allen. 

​

During his 12 years at MITRE, Daniel Created the Cost FACTS (Factors, Analogies, CER’s & Tools Studies) Group, which is a networking forum of over 600 cost & acquisition professionals. Cost FACTS is a community engaging on social media to facilitate knowledge sharing and discussion throughout the acquisition and cost community. He was recognized with the prestigious MITRE President's Award for his accomplishments.

Kim Jarvi Integrity Analytics
Kim Jarvi

Director, Acquisition & Program Management

Kim Jarvi brings extensive experience and proven success in Program Management, Cost Estimating and Analysis, and Economic and Business Operations. As a trusted advisor to government leadership, Kim engaged multiple government stakeholders across the U.S. Treasury, Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP), and Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to identify project priorities, align resources to achieve project scope, as well as understand the different stakeholder perspectives, motivations, and concerns to develop an approach for internal division leadership, enhancing their strategic management capabilities and organizational effectiveness.

Kim has enabled governance boards to make investment decisions for future technologies that directly impact U.S. National Security by performing current state environmental scanning and using strategic foresight techniques to envision possible alternative futures. Moreover, Kim established and maintained a Program-level Project Management Office (PMO) performing full life-cycle project coordination and leadership, where she provided cost/value analysis for 40+ projects in 2 MITRE Corporation portfolios, ~$25M, enabling effective and efficient portfolio and investment management.

Most recent, Kim performed comprehensive and adaptive, outcome-based cost, performance, schedule, and risk modeling and alternatives analysis for potential courses of action (COAs) to enhance and optimize the USTRANSCOM, Civil Reserve Air Fleet (CRAF) program.

​

Kim was trained in Business & Economics at the University of Virginia, Charlottesville, VA (in progress) and is currently pursuing her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Lynne Miller Integrity Analytics
Lynne Miller

Director, Systems Engineering

Lynne is an experienced leader with over 20 years of experience and proven success in Systems Engineering, Acquisition, and Cost Estimating providing support to customers across the Federal Government and DoD. With her broad range of experience and background, Lynne has a unique ability to successfully impact both programmatic and technical aspects of projects to achieve optimal business outcomes, while building lasting partnerships with stakeholders.

Prior to joining Integrity Analytics, Lynne served as Lead Systems Engineer at MITRE, where she provided project management, technical and business analysis, requirements analysis, and cost and financial analysis to a wide range of programs and projects.

Susanne Stieber Integrity Analytics
Susanne Stieber

Manager, Business Operations

With over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, Project Management and Executive Office Administration, Susanne brings diverse knowledge and measurable success with companies across multiple industries. Most of her experience is in HR Programs, primarily Recruiting, New Employee Onboarding and Integration, but she has also served as assistant to multiple CEOs and held marketing roles for two large real estate companies, one of which being the #1 Real Estate Broker in Northern Virginia. 

​

Throughout her career Susanne has been recognized for building trusted relationships, developing new processes, and aligning with employees and leadership operationally to achieve optimal business outcomes.  Prior to joining Integrity Analytics, she worked as an HR Specialist for MITRE Corporation where she focused on New Employee Onboarding and Training and received a MITRE award for her collaboration to quickly convert the New Employee Orientation program to a virtual format during COVID-19 and a company hiring surge.
